Are my files uploaded to a server?

No. Every conversion happens locally in your browser - your files never leave your device.

What's the maximum file size?

Files up to 1 GB are supported. Larger files depend on your browser and device performance, and currently work best on desktop computers.

What file formats are supported?

Konvertuj.me supports common image formats (JPEG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, HEIC, TIFF, GIF, and more), as well as CSV/JSON conversion and time zone conversion. See the Tools page for the full list.

Why did my conversion fail?

This is usually caused by a very large file, a corrupted file, or a format that isn't supported. Try a smaller file or a different format. If the problem persists, contact our support at support@konvertuj.me

Do I need to install anything?

No. Everything runs directly in your browser - there's nothing to download or install.
